QlikTech, the world's fastest growing business intelligence software company, recently announced that it has been positioned by Gartner in the visionary quadrant in the 1Q06 Business Intelligence (BI) Platforms Magic Quadrant report. QlikTech is part of a new class of easy-to-use, fast and flexible business analysis solutions that empower individuals to improve corporate performance and drive innovation.

According to the Gartner report, "traditionally, BI was just for senior executives and analysts, but many enterprises are extending their BI platform capabilities throughout the organisation to operational workers and managers." The report also states that "the long-term prospects for the market look solid" and the increasing scope of BI platforms to include more users and access more data sources will also perpetuate market growth.
